Hi, I’m Becky Ray the Baker. I grew up reading the stories of pioneers and Little House on the Prairie. It fascinated me to think that a family could live of what the land and the animals produced. Having been raised in the desert the idea of food growing without the use of a sprinkler system seemed nearly miraculous to me. Over the years the wonder of food growing out of the dirt and sun and water has never ceased to amaze me.
It is that wonder that gives me a respect for real food. At Becky Ray’s Bakery we do not use any artificial colors, flavors, fats or sweeteners.
I avoid GMO products and laboratory-created “natural” ingredients.
Butter, vanilla, and brown sugar are the only flavor-enhancers I need.
